Pomp and Circumstance 2006

That means it's Graduation time. Tonite we celebrated Elizabeth's monumental shift from Elementary school to Middle school. They had a lovely ceremony at the school for both 5th grade classes..about 40 students. Elizabeth was one of a few students who received an extra award for academic excellence. Yes, we are so proud!Refreshments immediately followed. For this huge accomplishment, Elizabeth and I went and had our hair done together. We both went for the chin length and I went low lights and she got her first set of highlights. She is gorgeous isn't she? Such the little lady now. After graduation we went and had a lovely meal at "Copelands" New Orleans Style restaurant. The photo was taken outside the school just before the ceremony began. We took about 70 photos, but for now I will only post the one...I will add a link for the rest at a later date.
