Unusually warm for January.

This photo was taken last January 2005. The kids have new snowsuits but, unfortunately, no snow. The cutie, inbetween Elizabeth and Alex, is Caroline Hosmer. She is our little 3 year old neighbor. All the neighborhood kids are groaning about the lack of snow but personally, I love it.
Those who know me best know that I am a summer girl at heart. I could live in South Florida year round and be very comfortable. Alex has just returned today from his annual ski trip and said he had a blast but was sweating the whole time. As soon as his pictures are downloaded I will post a new article. Elizabeth and I stayed home. She doesn't have any desire whatsoever to ski. I love it but since injuring my hand I have a deep fear of falling on it. Anyone who has ever injured themselves badly knows what I am talking about. Right Krista.
Sorry for the long delay in my blogging. I am doing much better and hopefully life stops throwing "snowballs" at me.

Welcome Back! We missed you. Tell your kids not to worry about the snow. If my memory serves me well, after all I did live on the east coast too, there was always snow on the ground for my birthday. And what day is that you ask? Why, February 13th which is right around the corner. Just don't ask me how old I will be. Touchy topic!

Ciao Krista

If you can post a picture of me on your blog, on my birthday, with the BIG 40 next to it. I will let everyone I know that on February 13th, my friend Krista will also be 40. Happy Birthday Girlfriend!
